Velthar

A grotesque fusion of my favourite species.

Lurking in the shadowed caves of exoplanet Obulus, the Velthar is a grotesque fusion of spider, wolf, and bat — a creature both graceful and horrifying. Born from my fascination with these species, it became a symbol of predation and adaptation. An invasive force on Obulus, the Velthar has driven the planet’s native Hando to near extinction. The Velthar was born from my obsession with the perfect predator — a creature that could move, hear, and hunt anywhere. A hybrid of spider, wolf, and bat, it embodies agility, instinct, and awareness. All cave dwellers by nature, they merge into one nightmare that rules the dark.
